Repossession Field Agent

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Repossession Field Agent to locate and recover vehicles, equipment, and other collateral. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires independence, problem-solving, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Important: Applicants must be 23 years or older. No exceptions.

What You’ll Do:

• Locate and repossess vehicles and other collateral.
• Conduct skip tracing and research to verify asset locations.
• Maintain detailed records, photos, and reports
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and respond promptly to assignments.
• Handle interactions professionally, including with difficult individuals or law enforcement.

Requirements:

• 23 years or older (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks
• 2 years' experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of repossession, towing, or law enforcement procedures
