Commercial Pressure-Washing Route Technician

Compensation:  $17.00 per hour + up to $645 per month in production and route-completion incentives
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional weekend make-up work
Report-to location: Mount Dora, Florida
Position duration: Supported by our current service contract through October 13th
Pay frequency: Weekly

Faithworks Total Grounds Maintenance is hiring a dependable route technician to clean transit bus stops and passenger shelters throughout Central Florida.

This is an independent field position. The technician will report to our Mount Dora or Apopka location, operate a company truck and trailer, and complete an assigned pressure-washing route. Faithworks provides the truck, trailer, commercial hot-water pressure washer, fuel, approved chemicals, safety equipment, and route assignments.

The employee will receive a guaranteed hourly wage for all recorded work time, including assigned travel between stops. Approved completed stops also earn a production incentive. Overtime is paid as required.
