General Labor/Prestress Plant Team Member

A General Labor / Prestress Plant Team Member works in a concrete manufacturing and precast production environment, supporting fabrication, forming, and finishing operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires attention to safety, teamwork, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor: loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting materials within production areas
• Assist with steel fabrication, form setup and teardown, concrete placement, bed preparation, strand pulling, and concrete finishing (including screeding and hand tool use)
• Assemble and position form components according to work instructions, drawings, or blueprints
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with plant safety standards
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and production instructions to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Support daily production needs by performing additional tasks as assigned
• Assist in training new team members on basic production and safety procedures
