Job Responsibilities

• Input daily financial transactions, vendor invoices, and receipts into accounting systems accurately.
• Review financial records and match purchase orders with corresponding receipts or bills.
• Reconcile minor account discrepancies and assist with basic ledger updates.
• Maintain clean digital and physical filing systems for easy record retrieval.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Strong familiarity with spreadsheet software and 10-key typing accuracy (10,000 plus key strokes).
• Excellent focus on small details and data accuracy
