Food & Beverage Kitchen Worker Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and event service support
- Prepare ingredients according to established recipes and event menus
- Support kitchen operations before, during, and after events
- Maintain proper food temperatures and food safety standards
- Label, organize, rotate, and store food products correctly
- Follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures throughout the kitchen
- Assist with dishwashing, cleanup, and breakdown after events
- Work efficiently to meet service timelines and guest expectations
- Perform additional kitchen and event support duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in catering, banquet service, food production, restaurant kitchens, or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food storage, and temperature control practices
- Strong knife skills and food preparation abilities
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
