SkyRun Vacation Rentals – Grand County
$22–$25/hour, depending on experience
Starts December 1 | Seasonal - with full time options after season | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

SkyRun Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Runner & Inspector to help make sure our vacation homes are clean, stocked and ready for arriving guests.
What You'll Do
- Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning to ensure they are clean, stocked and guest-ready
- Deliver and pick up linens, laundry and supplies
- Identify and report damage, missing items and maintenance concerns
- Help resolve small property issues before guests arrive
- Drive between properties throughout Grand County using a company-provided vehicle
- Communicate with our operations team throughout the day
- Help wherever needed during busy arrival days
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable driving in winter mountain conditions
- Able to regularly lift and carry 30–40 lbs.
- Comfortable with stairs and being physically active throughout the workday
- Vacation rental, hospitality, housekeeping or property management experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Pay
- $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Seasonal position beginning December 1
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekend and holidays required during our busy winter season
