Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Judy has dementia but lives alone with a dog. She cannot drive and needs help to get to appointments. Her memory is not good and she cannot set goals, carryout multi step tasks or use a cell phone. She spends a lot of time in bed with back pain but loves to work outside with her plants for limited amounts of time. About the care needs: someone very patient who maybe likes gardening and doesn't move too fast Services needed include: transportation.
