RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Assist with bathroom use and personal hygiene Assist with ambulation and mobility Safely transfer the individual between wheelchair, bed, chair, and other locations Assist with getting in and out of bed Assist with personal care and clean-up as needed Take and record vital signs Provide general assistance and companionship Help maintain a clean and safe environment
