Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for sister with autism in her 30s who is recovering from knee surgery. My sister is 30 but is the size of an 11-year-old child because of her developmental delay. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction.
