Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a reliable and nurturing caregiver to assist with after school transportation and after school care for two children. One is in daycare (age 2. 5) and the other is in preschool (age 4). Responsibilities include picking them up from respective schools, feeding dinner, and starting bedtime routine. Husband travels some for work and mom is a hospital employee who works late on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. There will likely be some days where husband isn't traveling so there is some flexibility if that is preferable.
