Nanny Needed For My Children

Looking for someone to care for my daughter while my wife works remotely full-time. Working hours between 8am-4 p.m. (flexible if need be). Occasionally date nights as well, no over night. Someone who is also Spanish-speaking to help my children understand better. We are prepping for our son to start PK4 this year. My daughter is just about to turn 2 so the ideal person would also help us get her learning her letters and numbers. The kids like to be outside and in nature. They have a lot of fun at the park and we have a community pool and they swim like fish.
