Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for an as needed sitter for date nights. Would like someone who I can maintain communication with and hire when schedules line up. Typically 1-2 times a month on a Friday or Saturday night. Occasional weeknight if schedules line up. My son is 11 years old and diagnosed with AuDHD. So someone with special needs experience would be ideal. Typical amount of time spent would be 3-4 hours with the latest time being 9-9:30 p.m. We also have a small dog so being okay with pets. My son is very independent so looking for someone who can make sure he's fine at home and play with him. He can get himself ready for bed and will most likely have already eaten dinner.
