Forklift Operator

Forklift OperatorPenmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in the Conway, AR area. This is a temp-to-hire position.  Requirements for the Forklift Operator

• Recent sit-down forklift experience required (must have operated a sit-down forklift between 2021 and 2026)
• Must have been forklift certified through a previous employer
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse or production environment
• Ability to bend, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials
• Transport products throughout warehouse and production areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns

Forklift Operator Schedule and Pay

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
