• Experience working on or around die press equipment
• Manufacturing, machine helper, or machine operator experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity
• Desire for long-term, full-time employment

Die Press / Folder Gluer Helper Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with equipment setup and production processes
• Monitor product quality and production flow
• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issues
• Learn machine operation skills with the goal of advancing into an operator role

• Full-time
• Second Shift
• Pay depends on experience
• Specific shift hours to be provided during the interview process
