Electricians/Panel Builder (1st & 2nd Shift)Penmac Staffing is currently seeking experienced Electricians/Panel Builders for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Conway, AR surrounding area. Pay is based on experience. If you have industrial wiring experience and can read blueprints and electrical schematics, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team.Requirements for the Electricians/Panel Builder Position

• Preferred 2+ years of industrial wiring experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

Electricians/Panel Builder Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and components according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Work EnvironmentThis Electricians/Panel Builder position is located in a manufacturing environment. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, noise, and fumes. The work is fast-paced and may involve moving objects, sharp edges, and congested work areas. Physical requirements include:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Pushing and pulling materials
• Kneeling, reaching overhead, and grasping objects throughout the shift

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings available on 1st and 2nd shift. Pay is based on experience.
