Kitchen Team Lead (Bulk Meal Prep)

We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Team Lead for a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen.

The ideal candidate that speaks English and Spanish, is very organized, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable leading a team. You should have kitchen experience, strong culinary skills, food safety knowledge and the ability to keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.

You’ll work alongside the team, assign and oversee daily tasks, check quality and meal counts, and make sure production is completed correctly and on time.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well and leads by example.
