Job Description
Minutemen Staffing is immediately hiring experienced Welders in Dearborn, MI!
Pay: $25/hour
Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift
Training: 1st Shift
Job Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Weld, cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
- Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, Stick, Ceramic, and Flux Core welding.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
- Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Welding certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift.
Location: Dearborn, MI
Starting Pay: $25/hour
