Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for quality care - consistency & safety - for my 2 daughters (7&3). My work schedule is only known a couple days in advance, so I will be creating a list of a few nannies to ease any stress related to scheduling on short notice. CPR/First Aid Certified preferred. Reliable transportation required. Our family believes in taking care of the people who help take care of us, so... *In addition to hourly pay, gratuity is paid based on scheduling flexibility - any scheduled work that is cancelled (BY ME) without 24 hour notice is always paid out 50%*
