Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: -Issues with both shoulders and neck due to an underlying condition and injuries. -Need assistance with laundry, bedding, dishes, trash... Things that involve lifting 10lbs and/or overhead movement. About the care needs: Friendly, efficient, focused on the specific tasks that are difficult for me. I really struggle asking for help and always feel I'm responsible for everything, so kindly taking on some basic household tasks I'm struggling with (laundry, dishes, trash- lifting things and extensive arm movements) would be great. Thanks! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
