We are seeking a motivated and dependable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hotel restaurant team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising restaurant operations while actively assisting with food preparation, cooking, cashier duties, and guest service.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader who can effectively support both our breakfast and supper operations while ensuring excellent customer service and food quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support restaurant staff during assigned shifts
- Lead and assist both breakfast and supper teams
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established standards
- Operate cash register and POS system accurately
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns
- Train and coach team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stocking
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
Pay
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
