RN - Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU) | High-Acuity Step-Down

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.

In this role, you’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced clinical skills through hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time | Days | Nights | 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
  
• Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips
  
• Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines
  
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license
  
• BLS and ACLS certification
  
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
  
• Experienced RNs and New graduates are welcome to apply
