Caregiver Needed

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Deeper cleaning and organizing is a bonus. Help with laundry and basic ADL. responsibilities include meal preparation. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. I have multiple autoimmune conditions, two are flaring and require home OT/PT, and am also recovering from knee surgery. At this point I simply need help and to offload what I can so that I can regain strength and work on my health.
