Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Flanders. 3-year-old will be in school most of the day till 3:20 so will have to be able to do pickup and possible drop offs with their own car. Second child is a 3-month-old that nanny will help with. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal prep. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with dogs. When husband travels, the mother may need flexible help on evenings to put the 3-year-old to bed and on weekends.
