Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a nanny for our 14-month-old son. The weekly schedule would be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a 45 minute lunch break every day. Our son is a sweet, curious, energetic, calculated little boy who absolutely loves books, animals, water, and being outside. Ideally, we would like our nanny to approach child care with a creative, flexible, and nature-oriented mindset similar to a Montessori or Waldorf style. We also have two dogs (an Australian Shepherd and a Border Collie) who are very affectionate so comfort with dogs is a must. Finally, help with light housekeeping would be a plus.
