Director of Rehab - Full Time - Now Hiring

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Guymon, OK. The facility is a hospital. The Rehab Director will recruit and train therapy staff, develop and implement therapy strategies, evaluate patient care and outcomes, coordinate rehabilitation services across departments, manage regulatory and compliance requirements, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with a bachelor’s or higher degree as applicable to the discipline.
• Active state license in the appropriate therapy discipline required at start.
• Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience in an acute care, hospital, or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience with staff recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance management.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation requirements for hospital-based therapy services, including experience with quality improvement processes.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical programs and interdisciplinary collaboration initiatives.
