Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. This hospital-based Rehab Director will manage both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs at a critical access facility in Ephrata, WA. The role oversees a 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient clinical mix, provides operational leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets and staffing, and advances quality and patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling is available. The position is full-time and fully benefited.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with applicable degree as required by licensure.
• Active Washington state license in the candidate’s discipline required to start.
• Clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing therapy programs in a hospital or critical access facility preferred.
• Experience with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and departmental budgeting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet program needs.
