Guiding Angels at Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to assist a client in Dickson, Tennessee. The client has mobility limitations following multiple strokes and requires assistance with activities of daily living to remain safely in their home and community.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Dressing assistance
• Incontinence care and brief changes
• Safe transfers and mobility support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments and community outings
• Fall prevention and safety monitoring
• Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility needs
• Reliable transportation
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Client Overview

• Uses a power wheelchair
• Requires assistance with personal care, transfers, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, errands, and transportation
• Stroke survivor with left-sided weakness and mobility limitations
