 Position Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Overview

A growing manufacturing company is seeking hands-on Assemblers to support the production of HVAC systems used in specialized vehicles and equipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a stable, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to gather required parts
 • Assemble HVAC systems using hand tools at a workstation
 • Package finished products for shipment
 • Report inventory or part discrepancies to maintain workflow
 • Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards throughout the process

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
 • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
 • Includes scheduled breaks and lunch period

Qualifications

Required:
 • Comfortable using hand tools and assembling parts
 • Ability to read basic instructions and match part numbers
 • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
 • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment
 • Ability to maintain speed while minimizing errors

Reliability and punctuality is key.

 

 

Preferred:
 • Experience in HVAC or mechanical assembly
 • Familiarity with parts lists or manufacturing workflows
 • Basic troubleshooting and inspection skills
