At Always Best Care Senior Services Edmonds, we're building a team of exceptional caregivers who bring both heart and professionalism to every client interaction. Whether you're an experienced CNA, HCA, Nurse Aide, or are passionate about caring for others, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in clients' health and well-being
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Help families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is well cared for
- Hold a current Washington State CNA, HCA, NAR, or Nurse Aide credential (or are willing to obtain one)
- Have a genuine passion for helping seniors thrive
- Are dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Can assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support when needed
Earn $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
