Job Description
Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference? Right at Home Rock Hill is looking for reliable, compassionate Caregivers and Home Health Aides to join our dynamic team. We have immediate openings for a variety of flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, shaving, toileting), dressing, eating, and transfers/mobility.
• Home Support: Prepare nutritious meals, complete light housekeeping tasks (dishes, laundry, vacuuming, changing linens), and run essential errands or accompany clients to medical appointments.
• Specialized Care: Deliver nurse-delegated care including medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, and specialized dementia or incontinence care.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in homes or healthcare facilities (Required).
• Licensing & Transit: A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle (Required).
• Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
