BrightStar Care of Cedar Rapids is looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Cedar Rapids metro area.

$20.00/hour base pay
Earn more for overnight & weekend shifts
Weekly pay - direct deposit or paper check

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate care in clients' homes, including:

• Personal hygiene & activities of daily living
• Vital signs & documentation
• Safe transfers & mobility assistance
• Catheter & ostomy care
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation & nutritional monitoring
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Post-hospitalization & recovery support
• Companion care & emotional support
• Reporting health changes to the supervising RN

• Active CNA certification on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Home care, nursing home, hospital, or assisted living experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
