Practice Manager

A leading provider of advanced aesthetic and reconstructive care in the Bay Area, is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, sales, and HR.

This is an on-site, full-time role reporting to the Director of Operations.

Required experience & education:

• Bachelor's degree required (business or healthcare-related preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years' experience managing operations in a cash-pay medical/aesthetic, plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology practice.
• Proven track record in sales team management; must be metrics- and performance-driven.
• Strong HR administration and compliance background.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
• Resourceful, driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-ticket, elective/cosmetic medical sales operations.
• Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and tech-forward practice settings.
