CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while growing your career in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
• Communicate patient status changes and concerns promptly to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care
