Step Into a Day as a Production Machining Specialist

Across multiple manufacturing companies and locations, we have several openings for experienced operators who want steady, long-term work with the chance to earn overtime. Picture your shift—starting at either 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM—where you take ownership of a production cell, keep machines humming, and ensure every part meets spec.

Your Day

You arrive ready to run. You set up and operate production machinery, stage and load materials, and keep a close eye on throughput. When a hiccup appears, you perform basic checks and troubleshoot to keep things moving. You capture what you make and what you inspect, partnering with forklift drivers and teammates to keep materials flowing. Before you leave, you make sure your area is clean and safe for the next handoff.

Schedule Snapshot

• 12-hour shifts
• Start times at 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Overtime available
• Comfortable working a 5-day schedule when needed
• Training begins on 1st shift, then transitions to 3rd shift based on the candidate

What You’ll Tackle

• Set up and operate production machines
• Load materials and monitor production quality and pace
• Perform basic machine checks and troubleshoot issues
• Complete production and inspection paperwork
• Coordinate with sit-down forklift operators and other team members
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area

What You Bring

• 2+ years of machine operating experience
• Previous sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to read work orders and verify weights
• Comfort working in a warm/hot environment
• Willingness to wear a respirator when required
• Reliability and a strong safety mindset
