We are a family-owned company that conducts business to create the best experience for both our customers and employees, the reasons our reputation in the industry is second to none.  Job Summary:To help and physically assist in production and the shipping / handling departments as needed. Main duties include but not limited to are:working in the production department assisting in the manufacturing of door units palletizing product and shipping preparationloading trucksunloading truckspulling shelf items for orders Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift interior and exterior door unit's up to 100# consistently throughout a work shiftMust be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging at times from 0°ree; - 100°ree;Must be able to be on your feet throughout the work shift of 8-10 hoursMust be able to work overtime (approximately 10 or more additional hours per week)Compensation and benefitsCompensationRates start at $18.00/ hour with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
