LPN - Phone Triage Nights and Weekends

Onsite in Springdale, Arkansas, Various shifts after hours and weekends available.  General Description: The Triage LPN is an integral part of the hospice interdisciplinary care team. This position triages patient calls, assesses needs, dispatches nursing staff, and facilitates multiple aspects of patient care needs. This position must be able to demonstrate compassion and exceptional customer service over the phone and with visitors. This position will use multiple computer, cloud, and software programs. Must maintain regulatory compliance and ethical judgement while performing duties.Requirements: Current unrestricted AR/OK LPN license, BLS certification, strong assessment skills with critical thinking and high level of problem solving within a healthcare facility. Strong documentation and communication with the ability to stay calm and cope with human suffering/emergencies. Prefer hospice experience, home health, or acute care nursing experience with computer charting experience.
