, Missouri’s awardâ€'winning custom build center, is seeking an experienced Lead Painter / Custom Automotive Painter to join our highâ€'performance team. You’ll take the lead on showâ€'quality paint work for custom trucks, cars, Jeeps, and UTVs, delivering flawless finishes that match the craftsmanship our shop is known for.

Benefits:

• $25 - $50 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all paint operations for custom builds and restorations 
• Perform bodywork, sanding, priming, masking, and paint prep 
• Mix, match, and apply highâ€'quality automotive paints 
• Execute custom finishes, multiâ€'stage paint jobs, and specialty coatings 
• Inspect completed work to ensure showâ€'quality standards 
• Collaborate with fabrication and body teams on project flow 
• Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional automotive painting experience 
• Strong background in custom paint, multiâ€'stage, and specialty finishes 
• Ability to deliver flawless, highâ€'end results 
• Experience with bodywork and paint prep 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship 
• Valid driver’s license
