Frozen Yogi is a one-of-a-kind community hub in the heart of Old Town Warrenton, Virginia — inspired by the culture and flavors of Bali. We serve frozen yogurt, boba drinks, espresso, cocktails, and more in a warm, welcoming space that regulars genuinely love showing up to. Pets welcome too.

The Role

We're looking for a Frozen Treats & Beverage Specialist — someone who takes pride in doing the whole job, not just the fun parts.

Day-to-day this looks like:

• Preparing and serving frozen yogurt, boba drinks, espresso beverages and cocktails.
• Greeting and genuinely engaging with customers — not just processing transactions
• Checking out customers on our POS system
• Keeping the entire store clean and sanitary — equipment, dishes, surfaces, floors
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machines, floors, and restrooms — every shift, not occasionally
• Washing dishes, breaking down and cleaning the boba/espresso/Yogurt machines daily
• Taking out trash, mopping, wiping down surfaces continuously throughout the shift
• Helping with in-store events and promotions
• Making pets feel welcome and comfortable

What We're Looking For

• Prior food service or customer service experience is a requirement
• Comfortable around pets
• Must be 21 or older

• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
