What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets from three central Illinois Plants in Nokomis, Fairmount and Decatur .
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
• Establish strategy for achieving sales goals in alignment with company objectives and prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using digital sales tools including CRM software, pricing software, and production/sales volume planning .

• Competitive base salary $77,180-$102,900 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
