Job Summary
A CT Technologist position located in Leander, specializing in computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures. This role involves providing advanced imaging services within a hospital setting on a 13-week contract, with rotating weekend night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The position requires a qualified professional capable of operating state-of-the-art imaging equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Job Details
- Position Type: Contract, 13 weeks
- Shift Schedule: Nights, 6:30 PM 7:00 AM, rotating weekends (Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) Certified Radiologic Technologist with ARRT (R) certification in Computed Tomography, Texas Medical Board (TMB) license, BLS certification, minimum 2 years of experience, valid for the location, and with general proficiency in the assigned procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma procedures and operating GE 64 CT scanners, Konica digital X-ray room, and portable digital imaging equipment.
- Additional Job Details:
- Responsible for performing a variety of CT imaging procedures on adult patients, including ED exams and trauma-related scans.
- Must adhere to dress code: sage green scrub top and black scrub bottoms or all black, with black or sage jackets only.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hardworking and positive attitude.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with unit policies and safety guidelines.
- Submission Requirements: All qualified candidates must be able to start on or before 09/14/2026 and be available to work through 12/14/2026.
