Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Parkinson's, sleeps most of the time, can get himself to the bathroom and fix simple meals, plays piano occasionally. I would like someone here so I can leave town for a few days. About the care needs: Not too talkative, able to lift maybe 50 pounds, use stairs. Yesterday was the first time he fell and needed help getting up. I could help him because he weighs less than 120 pounds and walks around the house with a walker to keep his legs as strong as he can. We have a nice exercise bike, but he doesn't use it. I do. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
