Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need someone who can help transport my father in Grandville to downtown Grand Rapids a few days per week. The ideal person would arrive around noon, help him prepare to leave and transport him to his daughter downtown. He would need help getting out of the car and be walked into the building. He is unsteady after riding in a vehicle due to his Parkinson's Disease.
