Babysitter

I have a 4-month-old baby currently in daycare, but wanting to explore other options so he can have more focused care. Specific care needs are he likes to be held rather than placed in a bouncer, has reflux and needs to be fed upright and stay upright for 20-30 mins after even if he falls asleep, needs help falling asleep for naps so rocking and feed tend to work best. Ideal day would just be following his queues since he's just a baby. Tummy time and some developmental activities would also be great. He can eat and sleep on demand.
