Nanny Needed For My Children

Looking for someone(s) willing to provide some extra help for our two girls (3. 5 yo and 14 months old) just on a as-needed basis. I work full time, my wife part time, both in Healthcare so out of the house and often long days, and we send them to daycare 5 days a week. We have some family support as well. Mostly looking for additional people we could call upon for weekends or evenings that I work, someone gets sick, or to free us up for other things we need to do.
