Garage Door Experts is a fast-growing, locally owned company serving homeowners and businesses across Maryland and Northern Virginia. We're looking for an ambitious In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, identify their needs, present the right garage door solutions, and close sales professionally — with real earning potential and no ceiling on what you can make.

Garage door experience is not required. We provide comprehensive, paid, hands-on training that teaches you everything you need — the products, the pricing, the technical basics, and how to sell with confidence. What matters most to us is your sales potential: strong communication, confidence, motivation, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with people.

What You'll Do
- Run scheduled, company-provided appointments with homeowners and business owners.
- Inspect garage door systems and identify what the customer actually needs.
- Explain repair, replacement, and upgrade options in plain language customers understand.
- Build trust and recommend the best solution for each customer — honestly, not pushy.
- Prepare estimates and confidently close the sale.
- Perform basic garage door repairs and installs after completing company training.
- Coordinate larger repairs and installations with the team when needed.
- Keep accurate job records — estimates, invoices, photos, and notes — using company-provided tools.
- Represent Garage Door Experts professionally in every customer's driveway.

Who We're Looking For
- A confident, outgoing person who genuinely enjoys talking with people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Natural sales instinct and the confidence to ask for the sale.
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning commission.
- Some sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required.
- No garage door experience required — we provide full training.
- Willing and able to learn hands-on repair work and comfortable using tools after training.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Russian, or other languages) are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00–$26.00/hour base pay, guaranteed, plus 8–15% commission on completed sales.
