Material Handler Supervisor - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Material Handler Supervisor to join their team. As a Material Handler Supervisor, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate material handling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials.
• Provide leadership for inventory control, receiving, storage, shipping, and material delivery processes.
• Support production by ensuring customer and production requirements are consistently met.
• Develop and mentor team members through coaching, training, and empowerment initiatives.
• Implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

What's Needed?

• Typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in material handling or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
