Croft Trailer Supply is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Kansas City team. You'll help keep products moving through our warehouse — receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing products for shipment, and making sure our customers and locations get what they need.

This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk all day. You'll stay busy, work with a variety of products and equipment, and be an important part of keeping our operation running smoothly.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help with all aspects of our shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operation.

Your day may include:

• Receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking incoming products
• Checking incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing products for parcel and freight shipments
• Checking outgoing orders to make sure they're accurate
• Restocking trailer parts and towing products
• Performing inventory counts and helping resolve inventory discrepancies
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Keeping warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with occasional parts or trailer assembly
• Driving company trucks or vans to move inventory when needed
• Working with warehouse, sales, purchasing, and other team members to keep orders moving

We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and willing to work.

You should be able to:

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pay attention to details and accurately follow order paperwork
• Work independently while also being a good teammate
• Communicate clearly when something doesn't look right
• Use basic math and counting skills
• Stand and move throughout the workday
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, load, and unload materials
• Regularly lift and carry products and occasionally handle items weighing up to 75 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive ready to work

A valid driver's license is required when operating company vehicles.

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Order picking and packing experience
• Inventory control experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Automotive, trailer, towing, or parts experience
• CDL and current medical card
• Bilingual communication skills

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but just as important to us is finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works safely, and takes pride in doing things right.

This is a full-time, hourly position generally working during Croft Trailer Supply's normal business hours. Some Saturday or additional hours may be required depending on customer and business needs.
