Companion Care Needed

I need adult care provider with experience. My sister has cerebral palsy. She is 44 and weights 110lbs. She is completely bed ridden and spoon fed. M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Responsibilities include feeding and meal preparation, changing her diaper, brush teeth, brush hair, trim nails, change tv stations, adjusting bed for comfort and provide companionship. We would also need light house keeping such as: dishes, laundry, vacuum. Really a sweet dependable glorified babysitter :) Some weekends or evenings if you want to make extra cash so my husband and ! can go on date nights or take the kids out for the day over the weekend.
