About who needs care: Dementia Care Needs Application of topical ointment for bacterial infection (stomach), 2x/day Administration of insulin (1x weekly long-term dose, 2x daily humalog) Administration of oral medication (2x daily) 1x bathing (shower, etc) Monitoring of blood sugar and administration of snacks as needed 3x daily meals About the care needs: Former geologist who loves rocks and minerals with stories from his past. Anyone who is comfortable with a set medication regimen and patience for dementia episodes is a great fit! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
