Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for help during the busy time of day with our littlest kiddo. Our youngest is home all day, so someone who can play with her and have FUN, while keeping it entertaining and educational. Our ideal person is energetic, kind, patient, and not afraid to be silly. We want someone who is creative, experienced with entertaining young children with lots of energy, and willing to play on their level. We are experienced with hiring people from care. com, and hope to find someone who is a long-term fit. She enjoys being outside, arts and crafts, learning letters and numbers, playing make believe, hide and seek, or building forts.
